we trained phil style, well tried and we didnt get very far,lol
uh 1st set went for 400 for 20 think i got 18 (note these are ass all the way to the floor no partials or halfs, i need more glutes and he needs more hamstring so we bottomed out)
2nd was 500, got around 8
3rd set was supposed to be wide stance squat but our lower backs were fried so we hopped on some old ass leg press that already had 400 on it and did a set of 100reps, freakin eatbig did 120.
then after 20 minutes of laying around we did leg curls sarcev style, holding peak contraction for 10sec on each rep, torture.
i was supposed to do my other excercises and calfs but i put everything i had in those sets and was done. we then had to slowly made it down 3 fights of steps and went and crashed on my couch.
the gym is just south of downtown in an old furniture wharehouse, when you make it up this way i will take you there.
i plan on going out to cali in the spring and attempt the ultra high volume, try not to puke milos leg workout these guys do
