Back is fantastic!
Again, legs from any angle look sub par.

Hams are yelling for the most help, make it your mission to make
them grow big time before the next contest.

1. I see a distinct defficiency in your hamstrings. Your quads are well conditioned and cut but a little on the small side relative to your upper body. The calves need to come up as well.
2. When hitting your side chest you need to rotate more toward the judges and bring your distal shoulder ( furthest from us) forward. This will give the apperarance of a thicker upper body. Also this creates a gap between your arm and your waist showing your small waist (or for those that have larger waists- the appearance of a small waist).
3. Standing relaxed side position....take your distal arm and rotate it inward toward your body. This will give more of the appearance that your arms are at your sides while still showing your distal side.
Remember it's all about appearances....hiding your weaknesses and accentuating your strong features. To give you more I need contest shots.
LouMessina said:What strikes me as I look over your photos, is the significant difference in the impact each photo leaves me with. Your side shots all appear to be good, especially when you emphasize your arms. They appear to be a strong point for you.
However, other poses show you at a disadvantage:
Your rear double-biceps shot is well executed, allowing the heads in your back muscles to swell, harden, separate, and peak. Your posture even maximizes your height and upper body width. However, in your rear lat spread, you curve your shoulders forward and look down, flattening all heads in the back, and minimizing your height and upper body width;I believe your upper body is a good package, but it appears to be a hit-or-miss as to whether the judges will catch it. I also notice your pecs swell to an impressive fullness, height, and hardness.
As already pointed out, you also lock your legs, minimizing any thickness or flair; and
You also appear to keep your legs wide apart, minimizing your height, shoulder width, and diminishing any taper to your waist.
I concur with the comments above that your upper body dominates, and your legs need to be increased in thickness.
Be encouraged. Those side shots are very impressive.
