Have been looking into this for a long time now, I remember when I used to try and eat 6 solid food meals a day, my system would let me know I had to rest the stomach after only a week or two of doing this. I know a lot of people have a lot of liquid meals through the day as it makes it a lot easier to digest all those nutrients and take in that much nutrition. I wanted to know what kind of things are in peoples drinks. I was trying a lot of fuits, berries/bananas/with apple juice and protein powder. When I was doing this I noticed that I was getting a lot of pain in my back-kidneys, weird, I wasn't on gear, dont know what it was but it stopped when I cut back on these drinks. Wanted to just hear the types of foods/nutrition in peoples liquid meals, I think it can really help people, we all know how big a role food plays in bodybuilding success and getting new ways to intake nutrients will be invaluable...peace.
