Looks like a lot of proprietary shit on there. Proprietary in the supplement business is how they hide their "secret ingredient" or don't wanna actually tell you. As soon as I see that proprietary I word I think, "Lies! Their all lies!" Lol No but really. My super foods are the ones that are nutrient dense. Watercress has 4 calories per cup next to kale at 33 calories per cup. Not saying you should eat watercress over kale just to not be like 80% of America, over fed and malnourished. I don't think "supplement" is all it's hyped up to be. Just my 2. Nor am I saying theres nothing good in there.
