Ok well Ive been a member here for quite sometime and I haven't been posting much lately and it seems that me posting here and me getting in the gym and working hard go hand in hand for some reason (not complaining because i love reading here and trying to interact).
That being said, as you can imagine my gym performance has been terrible and I haven't really been consistent since summer around June or July of 08.
There are a few issues for this I just got out of school and Ive been trying to get on my feet and I'm already trying to switch careers. Ive always had weight issues if i don't work out i just gain it but Ive finally decided to take charge turn things around and get back into some type of shape
Ive felt the swing in my attitude and diet in really feeling like the old fire lit back underneath me I have an awesome "first day" back at the gym today and I'm feeling on cloud 9 about it I weighed in at 250 I'm usually around 225-230
Im going to be brave and post some pictures some old ones to show what i used to look like...none are impressive by far but still its something I would like to work towards because my current physique is far from what I want and I cant believe I let it get this out of hand really...
So first here are some old Before and After Photos of me....
take your best shot...leave your best critique or anything you feel....
