I worked with him in the offseason for a bit, then the prep was about 18 weeks long (the before pics are from 17 weeks out).
I didn't handling his weight training, just told him to keep training how he normally does the final weeks. How you train precontest does not make a huge difference in how you look (assuming you're not doing anything too stupid). It's pretty much all about diet, cardio, supplementation.
Very true. I feel the same too.
Weight training doesn't make much difference. Its mainly the diet. Just changing the diet can have a drastic impact on your body.
