Lr3 post WO or before bed ?

Just curious what gains or best results you has if you tried both ways, I read something different almost every day and peoples protocals and thought I had it figured out, 40mcg PWO bilateral, now I read that's not ideal so WTF is ?

JT do me and you a favor and PM me I will walk you through the right and the wrong. BTW there is nothing wrong with 40mcgs bi-laterally. I have one guy here who had similiar problems and by the time we figured it all out and he finished his cycle he gained 7lbs of LBM and lost 5lbs of BF,not bad for a 4week cycle.
