Whats up fellas!
Need some opinions from the bigger guys.
I haven't taken growth for around 2 years, ill be adding it in in the hopes of competing spring 2017.
lets start with my stats:
211 ~7% BF
5'11
Macros 250p380c~100F
Does any one find that when they are adding in growth to their protocol that they tend to do better with adding in more Protein, fats or carbs? My body just runs better on a low fat diet, always has. The plan is to push my protein to 300-325 and either up my fats or up my carbs depending on whats going to help accumulation of muscle tissue.
I know this will also be determined by the androgens I'm running as well, but looking for opinions so i can try out different diet protocols.
The goal weight is going to be 235 without going above 12% BF so i can start my prep there.
Again the answers on this always tend to vary individually , but I've liked the information i've found on the board , and wanted some input from the bigger guys around.
(fyi I do not use insulin, nor do i plan to while not trying to push my weight past 250)
