You're pretty lean. Just make sure you stay consistent with your nutrition and training. Also, don't be afraid to use periodization in your training. Keep at it and you never know where it'll take you. It's also good that you have well defined goals. He who fails to plan, plans to fail.
Marty within a years time of training you will make some real differences and see results the question now is can you be consistent , consistency is the key bro its not about training your ass of once a week its about showing up to the gym everyday almost , good luck and im sure T.Platz has shown u how to build a great lower foundation just from listening to him at our gym theres alot more to squatting then i thought your lucky hes helped u bro .
