Masters nationals update pics

This is Jim Everton.. ( i hope he doesnt mind me posting this) but hes 3 weeks out from the masters nationals.

He last competed at some local shows here in Los Angelesl... hes stepping up to the big league.

Hes a great guy to work with.. Hes been busting his ass off and should hold his own ...no doubt

hes 5'8" and 210 mid day..

I would say that he started in pretty good shape, not fat and sloppy.. but he has been dieting for 13 weeks.. I would not call it hard..

Anyone that has worked with me for a prep can probably tell you that unless your drastically out of shape, sloppy and way behind .. Im going to take a slow gradual approach not diet you down hard from the get go..

Jim has been steadily dialing in each week. Nothing too drastic or extreme.. There is still work to do.. but we are still on pace.. He is a young 40 year old, like me i guess.

He looks great at 3 weeks out. As always bringing your clients in a head of time, so they do not have to do anything drastic, but tighten up a bit. Cruise control from here on out!
