If you don't have sterile oil to mix in like I described, then just do the 2:1 ratio in each syringe/shot. That will get the proportions right. So 2x as much prop as enanthate to get their dose equal for the shot. If you did 1 ml prop that would be 100 mg. Then 1/2 ml of enanthate would be 100 mg too.

Or a 2:1 ratio so every 1ml prop add .5ml TE =1.5mls
1.5 divided by 7 = mils a day.21428 a day
Or .21428 x 2 = .4286 for every other day injects
Call it 4.3mls per injection every other day and don't worry about it amounting to 1 ml per injection.
Easy enough to estimate with most syringes or even easier with insulin
syringes.
10 mils of prop with 5 mils of TE mixed will last 10 weeks.

Did this. So doing .4 ml eod. That's approx 200 mg a week? Since there's more test in the prop I don't thing it has to be .43. Sound about right?

I think you are still making it too complicated. .4 vs .43 I would bet you can't tell the difference. Some shots you may be a little above, some you may be a little below. Just load up and inject already. You're burning so many calories with your anxiety over this you probably don't need cardio.
