Thanks very much guys. First while I was worried I wouldn't be able to bring my legs down enough but twice a day cardio has been shrinking them luckly. It is my first time getting ready for a compatition and I have been really happy with all my progress thus far except losing my boobs that really sucks.LOL My posing needs a lot of work still, I am going to check out another compatition today see if I can get some tips and ideas from it to help me out. Also help with my motivation unreal how much of this prep is mental just trying to stay focuesed and reach my goal.
