I was about 210-215 in these pics, don't know what bodyfat I was at. I took my son to the pool for the first time.
I posted before"what are my weak points" I think I look better now, smaller but better.
You have a damn good shape. I'll bet you could get really big IF you wanted to. I have a young child also. The first time I took him to a water park he was too young to be scared. I'm sure it was a blast taking your baby to the pool for the first time.

I started lifting seriously when I got out of high school (1992). When I got out of high school I was 155, mad small. I couldn't even play football my freshman year at wes virginia state.
That first year of lifting I got up to around 165. I stayed 165-175 for at least 3 years.
I got up to 190-195 around 1998 and stayed around there until 2001.
March 2001 is when I first started to hit the juice. I am 230-235 right now droping down to around 225 if I do cadiop or don't at that week.
Probalby strength wise shoulder are my strongest point I can do seated in fron of the neck week 250 for reps and behind the neck with 275 for reps.
ench is around 435 when I am weak and not on 485 to 500 (most I ever did without help was 485 but that was my 4th set so I am sure I could have gotten 5 plates if I tryed) if I on Androl or something like that. Back is neck strongest I can do bent over rows with 295 for reps.
Bis and my weakest I can't come anywhere near curling 135 for 3 sets of 10...maybe 7 on my first set. But my arms meaurse 19" cold alittle less if I am under weight. I can't seem to get them to hit the magic 20" which is my next goal.
I want to push my weight up to 240 for the summer then hit 250 my end of next winter and keep building.
