Great pic ...............What a beautiful family you have [ animals included of course ] .......I have said this before ......you are one of the true class acts in our sport . In a sport with very few role models , I would have to say that you are the kind of man that our sport desperately needs more of .............I wish you great health and success during your quest to accomplish your dreams in bodybuilding ............I am glad to have you here , this is a great board with many wonderful members .[ so you fit right in .....lol ] I would love to hear your thoughts on diet , training,and supps. [ we know you would never use gear, so we leave kind of questions alone ..... right guys ?...ha ha ] I bet that you have alot of cool ideas to share ...........

I sincerely appreciate those words bro, really. My family and the successes and accomplishments we have made together mean more to me than any bodybuilding achievement ever could. I am a lucky man.

I find myself frequenting this board more and more and will chime in when I feel I can contribute something worth while. I Like to read and learn mostly.

No, its not me....the tree is in fact quite small. One of our traditions is to buy a potted tree and then replant it on our property following Christmas. Got tired of spending $45-$50 on a tree and then just tossing it. So we are building a Christmas tree perimeter around our lot.

Great to hear that conservation is still going strong. Even though cutting trees is a major industry in my area, replanting is a priority in way of thinking.

Not a chance! He is an avid athlete, but I will stear him clear of bodybuilding unless he shows an interest. Right now its Football and Lacrosse for him. He was supposed to train with Dad all winter, but now opted to run Winter track instead. He wanted to focus on his speed and running technique for football. Very fortunate that his school has a state of the art training facility, better equipped than most gyms in the area. Its amazing! I would train there if they would let me. Will keep him focused on speed and power for now!
