MGF and IGF How to take them seperately and together.

To optimize the effects of both compounds they should be taken together but not on the same days. Here is why: MGF increases the number of myoblast, which are basically the building blocks for adult muscle cells, myotubules. IGF also has this effect but not to the degree MGF does. The other effect of IGF is to actually utilize the myoblast into fusing with the myotubules so that More muscle is created and the potential for further growth increased. B/c of this we can use MGF to increase the myoblast, b/c it is the best at doing this, and IGF to actually use the high levels of myoblast created by the IGF. IGF can not do both things at once. So by using MGF before hand we are maximizing the effects we want out of the IGF.

If you can't tell from the above. If you are going to take any of these peptides alone. IGF is the better choice. It can do both increase/use the myoblast. Where as MGF will just increase the myoblast, but this does not mean you will use them for new muscle. Many people report a pump for a few days while on MGF and then it subsides. This is liekly do to increased myoblast, but they are not all fusing and are just dying off when the MGF is discontinued so not as much muscle is gained compared to using MGF and IGF.

These two compounds however should not be taken the same day b/c MGF actually inhibits the effect of IGF as far as using the myoblast. Ideally a person would take MGF the day before a workout, and the IGF post workout.

correct, this information is based on regular MGF only thought. The PEGylated version should be taken differently.
 
i'm about to try this stack, see if i can finally get the arms over the 20" mark. i will post details of how it goes.

The PEGylated version is still 3 weeks out I think, and you must take that differently than regular MGF.

The PEGylated version will be active longer and has the potential to be systemic effecting all muscles no matter where the injection. In the case of the PEGylated MGF i beleive a 1 day poke fest on all the muscles every 2 weeks might be the best protocol while taking IGF during the inbetween area.
 
Is the regular MGF still going to be available??? If not how long after the 1 day poke fest of peg mgf will IGF use resume?? How long after the day of injects will it hinder the igf-1r3 long???? Thanks for your help. Cheers.
 
Also how will GH being taken affect the mix of MGF and IGF or is it safe to run gh with the mgf and then switch and run gh with the igf???

Current theory is that it will be active up to a week, so you could alternate the compounds by week.

Most of the benefit you would see through the GH and MGF combo would still be b/c of upregulated IGF levels. Yes it is fine to take GH and MGF at the same time or vice versa with IGF. Remember MGF inhibits IGF's effect on differentiation. But IGF does not adversly effect MGF anyway. so haveing upregulated IGF levels will not decrease the effects of the MGF.
 
So just that I'm sure here, what you're suggesting is something like this...

Week 1 a multitude of shots of mgf on day 1 the a week later once the mgf has run out begin the igf-1r3 everyday for a week and then go back to the one day of mgf and wait another week?

Only problem is PEG MGF last a week only in theory it hasn't been proven yet (as far as I know) one protocol I've seen and tend to agree with is taking the PEG MGF post workout and then IGF-1 hours later (along as possible before bedtime) this giving MGF some time to do it's work before introducing the IGF--1 for people like myself who lift Monday to Friday this might work. I do seem to get decent results with the method. While on I have a "full" feeling in all muscles. Also a question I have is isn't MGF a product of IGF? In other words by taking Igf-1 post work out or even GH wouldn't your body just use the Igf-1 to make MGF to repair the muscle and then when it's ready to fuse the body will use the Igf part? Which is why it makes sense now for multiple I doses of IGF-1 daily to take advantage of this. I could be completely wrong here but it's a good idea
 
Another problem is when experimenting with these substances the truth is we never really know what is 100% legit or not. One person may say he has no results when another had great results but there are too many variables for example I have to believe that a good number of these peptides are fake/underdosed or something else, what's Stopping a pep company from relabeling GHRP2 as MGF or IGF-1 how would we know. And let's not kid ourselves not all but many of these peptide companies are getting peptides in bulk from china and slapping there own labels on them. So with all these factors it's very hard to conduct an honest experiment unless you were spending thousands on legit American bio research peptides. I've seen IGF-1 Lr3 for 500.00+ for 1mg

I love Peg-MGF, I use it pre bed, and I do it in conjunction with IGF LR3 , I do the IGF post work out. It works great. God bless you. Minister.

I truly believe that you can change times and doses of peptides and still get good benefits out of them, you just gotta make sure and research because there are a few that conflict with others. But for the most part if you keep the times a few hours apart, and also watch carb intake, you can stack just about anything with good results. Just my opinion. God bless you. Minister.
