Just got this from a smart dude at IBE forums. Just wondering on the validity of this as there are much smarter dudes on this board then I when it comes to these peptides. Would this method yield better results then just straight IGF-1r3 long?
Here is one of the methods I am going to test for PEGylated MGF use when I get it.
I'm going to dilute it to 3mL with AA. and then do a 10IU inj yeileding about 33mcg in 10 dif muscles all the same day at the begining of week 1. then starting the same day next week I'm going to do 50mcg LR3IGF-I, u can do 1 shot or two shots of 25 if u like. Then I'm going to repreat this sycle 3 times for a total of 6 weeks. I'm hoping to opimize the effectivesness of both peptides this way. As far as adding test etc. That depends on when it gets here and where I am at in my off cycle. optimally it would be good to start ur juice cycle after the first 2 weeks IMO so you give the muscles a chance to really develop so virgin myotubles. This should allow you to really see results. IN theory you could run ur juice a tthe same time, or after the whole 6 weeks. PPL are generally pulled by wanteing to see drastic immediate effects rather than the best overall. so they tend to run everything they possibly can together. I'm sure you'll se ruesults that way. But will the be the best resutls you could have acheived. I would argue that may not be the case.
yes 1 burst of MGF, followed by a week of IGF-I prop post workout or am and post workout to total 50mcg a day.
So basically your getting a boost in the satelite cells with that burst of MGF which last about a week. SO i wait till that is gonna be gone and then do IGF this way im not combatting the differention inhibition that MGF has. S IGF cna work to its full potential with an already saturated sat pool. and the pool should stay fairly saturated b/c IGF-I promotes proliferation and differentiation. so your maximizing the amoung of cells you can use here and using them most effeciently. so after a week of pluggin new nucleus into ur myotubles, you blast with MGF again and saturate the pools even further and hit IGF for a week at which this time yes the IGF-I receptors should be normal. and this could benefit as far as MGF recperot degredation too. The week of MGF will also allow IGF-I binding proteins hopefully to return to normal levels.
