Hey Guys. I'm back in the gym and on a bulker. I am 5'9,205lbs and about 13%BF. I am following "Growth Principals For Begginers" to a "T" and was curious if the diet is OK as well. The reason i am up at night is that i have a sleep disorder and i get up all the time. I drink 4L of water a day.

1 tsp Flax Oil
11:00am (Post Workout)

(4) Slices White Bread w/ honey or jam
1 tsp Flax Oil

1.5 Cups Whole Wheat Pasta
2 Cans Tuna w/ light mayo
5:30pm
1.5 Cups Bran Flakes w/ skim Milk
Whey Protein w/ skim Milk
8:30pm
Whey Shake w/ skim Milk
1 tsp Flax Oil
10:30pm
Steak
1 Cup Brown Rice
Thats pretty much my daily intake. Sometime I throw in an extra shake at midnite depending on how i feel. Sometimes i eat Whole WHeat Toast with Peanut Butter in the AM as well. Thanks!! Is this diet any good??
