mixing hcg

I have just recieved a 5,000iu amp of hcg.How much bac water to put in.I want to do 500ius twice a week.Where does that read on slin pin is it 25 mark.I am use to doctor hcg which comes in 10,000iu bottle,i mix 5.5cc opf bac water.Then i draw out to the 25 line mark which is 500ius.Is this the same with amps to.thanks
