mixing igf with AA then sodium chloride

i have 1000mcg vials of long r-3 igf 1 i am going to mix 1 ml of AA into the vails to give me 100 mcg per 10 i.u. then i am suppost to draw the sodium chloride with the needle contianing 10 i.u. (50mcg) and shoot. my question is how much sodium chloride do i draw does it matter

doesn't really matter

The more you dilute the AA the less it tends to sting. I'd shoot for 1 part AA and 2 parts sodium chloride. that'd give you a total of 30iu I guess.

I shoot sub-q; mix just a lil bit with sodium c. It just itches where I inject that's it. Doesnt sting or anything.
