Had an issue with the website not having a field in their online form for receiver city and couldn't complete the transaction online like I could with WU.
Their prices seemed higher to where I was sending money to, as well. Certainly it was much, much more than the price of a money order. Maybe I should have gone to Wal-Mart if it's cheaper to send funds from there, but I just prefer to do it online rather than in person.
If they could fix the website to allow me to enter in all of the information that I needed to give to properly complete the transaction, I would probably use them. But the choices for sending money are small, expensive, and a pain in the ass.
I would just rather use my credit card, but so many sources don't take them. I imagine there's just too many scumbags who would try to rip them off with chargebacks and such. WU and MoneyGram seem to want waaaay to much personal information, way more than with a credit card. That always makes me nervous that they ask for so much personal info.
