by the way I'm 18 now, and as far as I'm concerned I'm behind the game and behind the rest! I need to get bigger really fast, lol. I need help, all the info. I've taken in about bodybuilding and the info I still have to learn all seems so overwellming and confusingto me.
It would be great to hear from the pros on here, like Phil Big A or BigKiwi!

Lol couldnt you post the pics into one thread! If you are just starting out you def have some good genetics like phil said. Just start pounding the food down and start moving the weights.

If you goto the college cafeteria (puke) make sure you get down as much milk eggs, chicken and beef as you can.

Also, if you decide to do super supps, make sure you use an anti E as it looks like you might have natural gyno (I had it too)....but wait awile before you hit the sauce cuz you have some

Oh and by the way, PSU cafeterias are actually quite good, at least the more expensive ones are.

well he is saying that you need an anti-estrogen AKA arimidex, nolva, etc...

AND he is saying you have some natural bitch tits (gynocomastia)
But I do not see it -- perhaps some puffiness in the nips maybe?

i forget the name of the dinning commons there.... there's one there that you can jack the hard boiled eggs from.. just bring your own tupperware and steal as many eggs as you can... good luck... haha
