Motivational thread... post your before/after pictures

So the first picture was about a 2.5 month transformation and the rest was maintained till 7 months
….I don’t follow any protocols I don’t listen to any foood stuff people say…I simply know my body and how to handle working out …I do like 3x a week and hit universals machines for 40 min total maybe…I eat my egg whites salsa wrap w chicken in am…steamed veggies steaks and chicken at night…bunch of snacks …and it personally works for me : )

Congrats man! I was 14 years clean in January of this year!

That is really good. You had a solid lean physique to begin with, definitely some good genetics. Congratulations on a great run man

My progress over the last 1.5 years or so. 280lbs. Roughly in the picture to the left gradually down to 183 lbs. And up to 220 lbs. the other morning in the pictures to the right.
