I'll be bulking until 15th of march I think

LOL it's so true mate but to get bigger when I cut I have to accept to gain fat when it comes to bulk ...

anyway I won't get more fat than 13%

Would you guys recommend someone cutting to a pretty low BF% FIRST, before trying to put on a lot of size? Also, whats a normal days eating look like for you Mike. Would you care to enlighten me on this.

yeah I like to have a low bf% BEFORE I start bulking which is more logical for me since I know my bf will increase when I'll start to eat for mass
being cut when you start bulking means that you'll have (logically) less fat to burn when you'll cut

anything else : I never go higher than 13-14% when I bulk
I don't know what everybody else think about it but it's my .02. ...

Yes, thats kind of how I was thinking about it too. But damn! My bf% is a little high but i REALLY dont want to get any smaller before getting bigger so Im kind of torn between what to do !

I used to feel the same too but believe me, getting smaller for a few weeks is worth it casue you won't regret to have to a 12 weeks diet rather than 16weeks

msotly red meat, eggs, chicken , rice and pasta

lots of proteins, moderate carbs/fats

8 meals a day

Just look at the picture yourself.
You were beach body type and then you become a monster.

Keep doing what you are doing cause it works great and with your genetics you could go far.
