Yes man, sunday at 5 pm after 0 carbs day we start this killer leg workout:
Leg extensions: 4 sets 25 reps with full rack.
Leg Press: 4 sets 30 reps with 540 pounds all the way down pushing without contract position (like a partial reps).
Smith machine Squats, full range, 4 sets 20 reps superset with 6 contractions in the leg extension each set.
Then i ate 30 gr special-k with 60 gr in a chocolate whey protein shake (taste like heaven) and went to sleep from 7 am to 2 pm, of course eating every 2 hours for a total of 150 gr carbs and 400 gr protein yesterday.
