You looked great but consider taking two years off before competing again.

Only way to put on some signifigant size plus employ a succesful strategy of "shock and awe" with the judges.

thanks man, i really appreciate the kind words....yeh im kicking around some ideas.....My TN state show is in august each year....im thinking of shooting for AUGUST 2009 as my hopeful BREAKOUT YEAR.....thats a good year and a half of TRAINING BALLS OUT AND EATING LIKE A BULL!!

you looked good bro! i agree with worldspan, take a year or two off and just lift and eat and hit some cardio to keep things in check. Looks like you are a young guy so you got time to fill out that frame even more. keep up the good stuff!

Nice job and good conditioning. one show a year is all you need. the rebound you get from dieting is excellent gaining time, but going too long without a good contest diet can also be detrimental.

thanks so much guys for all the positive comments.....it really means a lot...its crazy how we go thru 16 weeks of hell for just a few seconds of glory onstage.....but i absolutely LOVE IT....lol....Keep pounding everybody....God bless all you guys!!! Take care
