My 4 year progress

Hey guys I'd figured I'd show my progress over the years I've been lifting. I started out at 6'1 or so at about 163 lbs, 17 years old. Skinny as shit. I only have one current pic but I'll see if I can get my roomate to take some better pictures of my back and legs so I can get some critiques. The second picture was taken last night. I'm way overdue for a cut I know. I'm sitting at 6'2, 255 lbs, 21 years old.

You've added a lot of size over these four years. I would definately suggest dieting and hiring someone from this board- Phil comes to mind. I also started about 165 and ended up 255 18 months later. I have dieted under Phil for 8 months and it is much cooler being in shape-having abs, veins and shit. Alot healthier too. You have a good frame and I can tell you have quite a bit of muscle on you- Diet and show it off. You will feel and look great. Send Phil Hernon a PM. Good luck.

Damn bro 90 lbs in 18 months is absolutely phenomenal. I plan on maintaining for the next few weeks and then start dieting down. I'll take your advice and check into Phil as I hear he has great service and knowledge from alot of guys on here.
 
You certainly have put on some size, now you just have to strip some fat to see your goodies. :)
