My birthday was Jan. 29th. I wanted to be something besides a fat, sack of shit.
I have been doing all light sets of 15-20 reps. Two exercises per body part and some bike riding. I have a wicked stress fracture in my right foot that pisses me off...so not much treadmill. Although I did bleachers at 5am in the High School where I work the other day. And my foot is all messed up again.
Anyway, here is what I look like at this point.
