MY 48TH BIRTHDAY- GOAL WAS TO BE IN DECENT SHAPE.

My birthday was Jan. 29th. I wanted to be something besides a fat, sack of shit.

I have been doing all light sets of 15-20 reps. Two exercises per body part and some bike riding. I have a wicked stress fracture in my right foot that pisses me off...so not much treadmill. Although I did bleachers at 5am in the High School where I work the other day. And my foot is all messed up again.

Anyway, here is what I look like at this point.

I was doing 45-60 minutes just walking up and down stairs.

Definitely not running.

...but I am having trouble getting that one to post the correct size. I guess I'll post one of my kids and I dissecting fetal pigs the other day.

Getting leaner. I could get after it and get leaner for sure. I realize I am not ripped yet....but reasonably lean.
