My beautiful wife....One Week out!

Well, its been a long year of dieting and prep but she is finally one week out from the Pittsburgh show. She finished 2nd last year in the Class A in this same show and qualified for Nationals but opted to wait another year. The week after Pittsburgh we are traveling to Atlanta for the Eastern Seaboard so we have quite a busy little schedule ahead of us! Just call me the Figure Girl Water Boy! I've become very good at carrying gallons of water and coolers full of food and saying over and over, yes babe your abs are coming in just fine!

She looks great, very beautiful. At least your not lying to her, the abs are really coming in great. Good luck to her and enjoy the spoils of all the hard work. She should be very proud of her accomplishments and I'm sure you are for her as well. Keep us posted. And more pics are always welcomed especially from the competition. Thanks for ALL the very kinds words everyone. As you can tell I could not be prouder! Its going to be a busy year full of contests so she (we) are really looking forward to it.

Marilyn- Thanks again, that means a lot coming form you...she prepped 16 weeks this time which is about 4 weeks longer than her usual. I think its made a huge difference.


1Love- LOL, yeah as every woman on here can tell you they are always concerned about their butt and abs, so every day I'm asked to give an assessment! She joined Team Bombshell last November and is being prepped by Shannon Dey.


Mo- We remember you (and Lucian) from last year as well...You looked fantastic!! She will be SO happy to hear you sadi she looks even better...I say it to her every day but it means more from an independant party And thanks for the added support there...I'll try and find you guys! Yes, Shes going to run the circuit of qualifiers again and then either do Team Universe, the Nationals or one of the other ones to try and get a top placing...dare I say Pro Card? Geez, I'm nervous for her!
