You look great in the 179lb pic man. Just goes to show that carrying around that 20+ can really take away from the physique. Great work. Seems your diet was very successful. If you don't mind me asking what was your approach to the 10 week diet? Carbs,Protein and Fats percentages?
I'm curious too.... I'm 5'8" started diet at 205.... I could only aspire to about 160 or so cut up. Share the wealth of the diet. Good job and congrats.

Im 5'6, as for my diet, well i did this one on my own, and this the last time im doing that. Im workin with a Canadian Nationals champ, for my next show, so i should be much more ripped then in that pic. My diet was all over the place, i tryed 3 weeks of the keto diet, and then swithed over to straigh chicken and veggies.. And i was still drinking protiens shakes all the way through my whole diet!... And i know thats a big no no!.. So as u can see i have no clue what the hell im doin!, but still somehow manage to come in ok shape..
Heres another before and after, if someone could put them side by side it would look better i had to get someone else to put the other ones side by side for me.
I'm still figuring out my body, but now that iv teamed up with someone that knows what they're doing, i should make some good improvments..
I think Kevin Levrone said it before, that he growes into his shows.. So he actually gets bigger, and that's how I try to mentally approach a diet. I'm trying to grown into my diet, as opposed to dieting down and getting smaller. Don't know if that makes any sense lol!
And thanks thebrick for putting the pics side by side.
