The First picture was taken of me at the end of August of 2007, during my son's first doctor' visit.

The funny thing is that I had already been dieting for 5 months and working out at home. I was getting compliments from everyone since, I dropped about 30bs. In that photo I was about 194lbs.

Well, I took the after before going to a job site at noon today, now I'm at about 198lbs.

The second funny thing is that I had no problem with anyone taking pictures of me when I was a fat ass, but now that I look a little better, I have to take them of myself by pointing at the mirror.
But I am glad that I took the pictures, otherwise I wouldn't really appreciate how much I changed.

Anyway, just wanted to share the progress.

Thanks Brick and Dan! It's encouraging, the transformation really improved my life a lot! I feel so much better about myself now, even when things don't always go my way with business, I'm much calmer and happier, of course my son has a lot to do with that as well.

Thanks everyone, as far as the wheels, I'm going to have my bro. take some pics today maybe.

I have been neglecting them a bit, because I hurt my quad 2 X's squatting, but I'm almost 100%.

Got any shots of the wheels?

I just took this one today at the gym, I admit my legs do need a lot of work, I'm just starting to train them again, because I had a few strains or slight muscle tears a few months back. I had some purple bruising on the inside of my quads.

The problem with me is that I lose a lot of size from them when I diet.

Thanks a lot Chris. Right now I do 2 days of very low carbs, one high, and one moderate. Training is pretty heavy all the time, my two older brothers were powerlifters. I also train at a gym with a bunch of power lifters.

So it rubs off. I do have a torn pec though and had a few quads strains. No Cardio What-so-ever. Some people do well from it, I just shrink.

That's about it really.
 
Thanks everybody, it means a lot to me, I really don't show my body at all, train in super baggy clothes, I never go to the beach, I pretty much just work, and go to the gym then that's It, I work about 12 hours a day. I'm considering doing a tiny show that's comming up in August, to get my feet wet and motivate me to take my training to the next level.
