Yes that's my 6 year old son. He's my best buddy! It's not like I haven't been working out, I've just been "off" for 3 months. In those pics I was about 250. Today I weighed in at 271. I'm drinking 7 shakes a day and eating one meal, and that's about all the calories I can force down.
