dont get down when you read how some people are gaining great or loosing fat so fast ect.

that freaked me out when i first got here. i was like why are they getting great results and i am not. realize many people here have experimented for a long time till they found the right formula for them. its not a waste of time as long as you find the key for you.
thats exacly whats happened to me in the past 2 years. i found a training, diet and supplement regimine that works for me.
and if you see someone is having a problem you had and you overcame it dont feel shy to chime in and tell how you got through it. we are one big family here, and nobody will disrespect you here.
just keep training hard and moving forward.
