Can I swop Billy for Tom. You may wonder who Tom is. Well he is the 19 year old I have been helping with his training and diet. He has put on about 20 pounds in 2 months (naturally of course).. although that is only a total of 170 at nearly 6 ft. I think I need a better training partner haha
