Been back in the gym training with me since last May...He is competing in November and he will be working with MainEvent starting here real soon...He has really dedicated himself not just to working out but to being a bodybuilder...Cant wait to see him kick some senior master butt...

IMO your dad has A LOT of potential. I can see where you get those genetics. Im really excited to be working with him. I emailed him to let him know i would get back with him next week when my show is over.

I have to say im pretty damn excited. Ive got a good group of guys im working with right now and i think they'll all be shocked when game day comes around.

Life is good. I like the little girl in the pictures too. It's cool your dad still has the fire to workout. I work with so many people who just don't give a crap about how they look. Well, at least they are unwilling to do anything about it.

Well I guess just to come in the best he possibly can for his contest in November...He will prolly be in Senior Masters and Novice...Not sure what weight class he will be...Obviously Heavy or LH but we will have to see...

Well he is itching to get going...

After the Arizona last year we were out to eat and he said he wanted to compete...He asked when I thought he could be ready and I said November...He said OK November it is then...Im really proud that he has stuck to it...
