MY girl Kim is on a Very Nice Diet and has been for awhile. A couple of online guys said the last Few pounds will be so hard to get off because of her Migraine Preventative medications. She takes Toporol which is a Beta-Blocker and Topomax which is a Gaba-amino. Here is her Diet and Cardio Schedule
7am
15 Gram Soy protien Shake with soy milk
8:30am
2 Egg omelette with 2oz of Diced ham
12noon
Either or 1/4lb of ground Beef with whole wheat tortilla or 1/4 lb ground beef with pinto beans(her version of homade burrito)
2:00pm
SoyJoy bar or 10gram soy Protien drink with soy milk along with almonds or Jerky
4-5pm
Almonds or Jerky I believe 5-8grams of protein
7:00
Veries from the 1/4 of Ground beef with tortilla or burrito with mild salsa
Pre-bed
20grams of Probolic Case-in
She is 5'4'" 125lbs
