I normally use the thin sliced breast but regular breast will do also.
season breast with salt and pepper. set aside.
in a bowl, mix some extra light olive oil or any oil of your choice.
add some nakano chinese vinegar (italian season kind)
also add some dried italian seasoning to the mix
dredge chicken breast through oil mixture coating well.
throw it on the grill, occasionally adding left-over oil mixture to the breast.
that's it!
serve with some steamed broccoli and brown rice.
