Ok guys i have read, read, and read.

I cant decide to go with Peg MGF of MGF

some say Peg MGF blows MGF away, some say PEG MGF is crap, some say subq is best, some say IM pwo is the only way.

Please help. I am interested in bringing up calves and rear delts.

Also thinking about running IGF DES after 4 weeks of MGF.

I have read Plangs log, other logs, ect. Just post what you did exactly referring to Peg mgf or regualr MGF and if you liked it or if you liked some other way.

I have fairly extensive knowledge on peptides and have used most of them.

I would go with MGF, IM post workout.

As far as bringing out calves and delts, are you doing deadlifts? Clean and press? These are 2 of the best full-body workouts you will ever do. No peptide currently available will make you grow if you are not stimulating your muscles correctly.

Some people will alternate, low reps and high weight with high reps lower weight to try and stimulate growth.

I have not had a chance to try IGF1 DES, but I have tried LR3 and liked it A LOT.

My experiences with pegmgf is that it didnt do a damn thing for me after 4 or 5 runs with various dosing protocols everytime where i was trying to find the right angle and just couldnt.

Many others I have read having good runs with is the plain original mgf, not pegmgf, and at dosages around 100-200mcg EOD IM continuously in whatever specific lagging group you are trying to bring up.

I've yet to personally try that route yet though.

Deadlifts? what are deadlifts? no jk i pull 2x week. My front delts are out of proportion with my middle and rear delts, as i have this weird pain on flat bench in my shoulder, so i have only inclined benched the past year and a half. Did wonders for growth with my front delts, but they dont match the rest.

Ok well i will go with MGF IM PWO then. Its just hard b/c hell all we have to go by is each other testing their rats and their testimonials.
