So i am thinking about doing insulin, specifically Humalog. I am not going to jump the gun and just start up before I actually fully understand what I am doing and how to do it properly. I have read Mike Arnold's protocol, but I don't do things exactly the same and I was wondering if I could do things my way just a tad. Here is how my diet looks like, its a brief overview of what is contained in the diet:
Meal 1 contains:
Protein source
Carb
Fat
Meal 2:
Protein
Carb
Fat
Meal 3:
Protein
Carb
Fat
Meal 4:
Protein
Carb
Greens
Meal 5:
Protein
Carb
Fat
Meal 6:
Protein
I don't have an exact time when I workout, meaning I could workout after meal 2, after meal 3, doesn't matter. Whenever I am ready I go (schedule is flexible). I usually eat my meal, wait an hour and maybe take a preworkout, then sip 70 grams Vitargo, leucine, and arginine during my workout, then immediately after my workout i take 50grams whey isolate along with 70grams Vitargo. I then wait about an hour and have my meal. Couple questions, if taking Humalog pre workout how should I go about doing this? I don't wanna take a whole more 2 scoops of Vitargo. Would I be better doing my Humalog post workout then? Also, since my post workout MEAL is most likely will contain fat (4 out of my 6 meals do) will this make me add a lot of fat because insulin is still within the body?
Just need some inputs. Also will be running 5iu GH in the morning and at night. If i do Humalog post workout, I could just take it with my Vitargo and Whey, correct? I mainly wanna do pre workout though because of the gains, but can I get some inputs? Thanks everyone.
