Here are some pics of me mid cut. I am 6' 217 in the pics. I am completely natural, only CEE and protein. I feel so small compared to the rest of this board, but I thought I would post anyways. I have been working out for just under 3 years (about 2 with a decent routine). I will post some wheel pics later this week. Also, please ignore my deflated looking left shoulder in the MM pic, I suck at the posing and didn't realize that my grip caused my right side to look much larger than my left until after the fact.

Yeah - The front looks great in that pose, however you really need to start working on the back.

The potential is there.


How about getting some relaxed front and rear pics that show your legs also, we'd be able to give you a better critique.

MANY GUYS WITH BIG ARMS SEEM TO HAVE TROUBLE WITH BACK.....YOU PROBABLY FEEL YOUR BICEPS DOING MUCH OF THE WORK WHEN YOU ARE DOING YOUR PULLDOWNS, ROWS, ETC. AM I CORRECT?


I AGREE WITH THE OTHERS ....IN THE PICS SHOWN BACK IS AN AREA I'D START PRIORITY TRAINING.

LOOKING GOOD...NO DRUGS? THATS GREAT!

I have the strength and the size, but not the definition in my legs. But that is one of my main reasons for cutting ATM.
 
BTW, I have been working my lats especially hard as of late due to that being one of my major weak points. I am thinking of changing up my routine to provide a second lower volume day specifically targeted at my weak points (calves, lats, and back in general).

Ya, I have started going alot heavier on back work lately and it has definitely helped to alleviate this problem. I have always had big arms though so it is tough getting everything else to proportion with my arms.

BTW, here is a pic from 2.2004 to show my progress. I will put up a back shot from then also when I get home from work.

im all natural too... im a little curious how you train? maybe want to share your routine? how many grams protein a day?

Right now I train 5 days a week(chest,back,shoulders,legs,arms). However, arms is actually only one exercise for bis, one for tris, and one exercise to target each of my weak points (right now is lats and calves, but I think upon some of the recommendations above I will add a midback in there). I usually intake about 1-1.25g/lb of protein with about half of that coming from whey.
 
Welcome to the board!! Your most muscular looks great. Incredible progress from the 2/04 pic. Good luck on bringing the back up to par with the front and keep us posted.

Great progress

Hey. Great progress in the year and 3 months since your last picture. You really put on some thickness that I envy going natural. I'm still natural too so I can't even compare to any of these freaks on here but have you tried regular creatine? vs the CEE?

I took micronized monohydrate until about a month and a half ago. I responded well to it, I just hated taking it. For only $10 more per kg, I don't have to take as much CEE and the bitter taste is better than drinking monohydrate sand. I also notice less bloating from the CEE, but no real difference in effect.

How much of the period where you've been making the gains over the last year and 3 months have you been taking the micronized monohydrate?

Your back probably isn't as bad as the pic shows. It looks like you're "pinching" your back in that pic - a common thing with novice posers.

I have been taking micronized from the first pics until about 2 months ago when I switched to CEE.

Ya, I am not good at posing at all. Is there a howto on posing somewhere around here?
