I think you are looking really good.

I would have guessed you heavier than 218lbs. That's pretty cool for you.....because I always get guessed at lighter than I am. I currently weight 278 naked, but look like I am 240. I think you look much bigger than 218. You don't have any parts that look like they won't get bigger. Though your calves have been mentioned........they don't look like they won't grow as you pile on the bodyweight!

Looking good, what does your cycle/diet look like, keep it up.

I normally weight anywhere bewteen 200-220 natural. On the juice I make it up to 230-245 tops. I cant stand too much bodyfat but watch out. I cant wear light colored clothes because I sweat so much, every meal i get a huge thermogenic effect. But get up to 240 stay there for 6 months and you will be able to adjust that set point.
