Yes it was wanderfull!!!, i cant stop thinking on it, shearing the stage with the Olimpian guys, Cris Cormier on my side, an the good thing is in this show we sow how close i am to their size.

Next goal "The 2008 New York Pro", more arms sweap, hamstrings, arms and upper chest, of course better condition.

yes bro, i tryed the Pizza Hut Pizone last sunday....Amaizing 1 pound calzone plus the buffet, all the pizza you can eat x $6.99, so i decide to go every sunday and keep my regular diet 500 gr protein , 250 gr carbs during the week, taking all the carbs before 6 pm so i still lean at 250 pounds. Victor's plan is keep me lean and gain solid mass this off season.
