I agree....a little more conditioning and a little extra shoulder and back width to even out those big legs. You have beautiful shape and nice round muscle bellies also. Are you doing the USA's this year?

Yeah eight was ridiculous especially when you see some of the guys they placed in front of me, but I digress. Really, all they've done is piss me off and make me work that much harder to be that much better at the USA's. I rebounded pretty hard from the gear and diuretics as this was my FIRST cycle of any kind as I competed naturally up until Jr's in '05. I'm starting to settle now as the water has finally left my ankles!!!

Oh and Steak, I'm 4'4" with shoes on.lol (5'7"1/2)

I am still trying to get the vision of your waterlogged ankles out of my head!!!!....hahaha...On the real though Q is prolly one of the most focused bodybuilders I know...He lives for this shit...No doubt he is gonna be on top SOON....Its gonna him and Phatboi battling it out in the light heavys..Maybe not though since a lil birdy told me Phatboi is rapidly shedding punds..hhmmmmmm....We all going out to eat again this weekend or what...Maybe this time i'll leave the kids...
