today was i actually the first time i got to see these...until then i didnt see one pic of me on stage with my class, the guy on the left of me took 15th.....so now i ve decided to do the usas, and sat will be 19 weeks out. im planning on coming in lights out shredded, i only dieted 11 weeks for the nats, and i was taking some under dosed junk, not that im blaming it on that but it is what it is...
