damn woody that is some serious size you got going bro, im 5ft5 also and the heaviest ive ever gotten is 222, so shit 245 is some hella weight and i know thats pretty hard to maintain that size, I have a big mental thing with my abs and like to be able to see them and if i would have gotten over 222 i was scared i would loose them, but my GOD bro you are thick as hell, i bet you are one STRONG MOFO! cause you sure look it, arms are lee priest size bro, nice job!
