Had a blast today at the Europa. A lot of great guys I have finally got to have the privaledge to meet today: Rodney Roller, Stan Efferding, Rob Morgan, Fellow members from RXMuscle/Secies and of course some of the pros and some beatuiful ladies.

That's funny. My girlfriend said "I know which you liked! The girl in the gray." But they were all georgous. The FitnessPro girl in the black visor was one of my favorite. Seemed like she was trying to get a little close...lol

The Europa is great..

and those expos are always fun.. It was in Dallas right?.. that is the spot the first time i did the nationals... It was a great experience..

But like i was saying Jessie.. those pro shows are fun ...but can be depressing at the same time.. I look at myself next to those big pros and think . what the fuck?

keep in mind great genetics and lots of years in the gym training their ass off... got them were they are at today.. Now those chicks are another story.. That is motivation in itself to want to look good..
