What was the reaction like to you getting second? Both from yourself and others.

I was happy

Its all in the hand of the judges. So if you have done all your cardio, not missed meals or training sessions and pull out all the stops its out of our hands. This is the overall placings.

I think your right though, 10 days out you should have scaled things back. Its a learning process and always changes. Either way, i would love to have your physique.
