1. Overall thigh thickness ( quad sweep) needs to be increased to match the upper body development.
2. Which would include my next point of increasing hamstring thickness.
3. Work on upper lat width to help with overall taper and give the appearance of a smaller waist.
4.When you do the front double bicep pose raise your elbows 2-3 inches, this will pull your upper lats out and also increase the overall appearance of the X type physique.
That being said, for your age you definately have what it takes to go a long way in BBing. Your conditioning is on and your arms look great! Keep up the good work!
