There are a lot of similarities between prep for a natural vs. enhanced competitor, but you can't push a natural quite as hard (endless hours of cardio, very low calories, etc.) without losing a substantial amount of muscle. The final week manipulations are a bit different as well.

Unfortunately he will be competeing against guys who are not natural. I've been to quite a few shows and seen abscess's, fresh injects,etc.... I think its pathetic to lie, but at most natty shows you'll find at least %50 if not higher are not.

Natural and looking light years ahead of most of the "enhanced" guys in the gym i go to or in competitions around here.

5th in a stacked LHW class. I'm really proud of this guy - he's a class act with a great attitude and work ethic. He already called me this morning so we could talk about our gameplan for next year.
