Natural Testost production/recovery

I used test and other things for 2 years non stop(blast/cruise). After a year off I’ve finally gotten enough testosterone production back to have sex again…. Is hcg the only thing to help? My testosterone is low and I’m 26 years old…. I wish I could’ve never touched testosterone and I’m back on here looking for insight thanks guys. Oh and I have a little gyno from hcg, tried nolvadex, no luck

What were your test dosages? What were the "other things" you used and for how long? How long after You came off did you start the hcg and at what dose?

HMG HCG Clomid have been used. Have you had blood work including all hormones. T, E2 Thyroid. What were your levels pre-gear. And normal is really not a good answer. If you have been off a year you may be as good as you are going to get.

Looking at the Harlem study, PCT or no PCT…..around 8 months, your levels are gonna be as high as they are gonna get naturally
