need help bad

hey whats iron egale here iam new to the board so go easy on me lol iam trying to go on my frist cycle but i have to rop my body fat down to 13% right now is at 25% i started a diet of only 1000 cal a day and iam burning 600 in cardio i dont know if this is the best way to go so if any one has a better alternative please help thanks
 
you need to eat a lot more than this to drop the weight! You will need (I'm guessing without knowing your stats and lifting background) at least 2500 cals p/day. With 40-50% of cals from protein. The restr can come from good type fats and low gi carbs. Do a search for diets and dropping body fat. You will find a truck load of info. But 1000 cals will not help you. it will in fact hold up your progress.
 
By doing what you are currently doing, your body will go into shock and it will try to preserve all fat it can as it thinks it's going to starve, so it wants to survive.

Any weight you will lose will be mostly muscle.

You need to eat much more, and divide it into small meals every 2 hours.
 
A good place to start is multiply your weight by 10. So if you weigh 200 then your daily calorie intake will be 2000. You can then adjust it from there.
